Dashboards for Kanban teams using Trello
With cumulative flow diagrams, cycle time stats and more Corrello gives Kanban teams using Trello all the charts and analysis your Trello boards are missing right now.
Cumulative flow diagram
The Cumulative Flow Diagram (CFD) shows how many cards were in each list over time making it easy to spot bottlenecks in your process and track the impact of changes you've made. You can turn individual lists on and off so you can see how your backlog is growing or just track changes in the inprogress lists.
Cycle time chart
The cycle time chart shows how long cards took to complete and the day they were completed on. You can drill in to see how long they spent in each part of your process to help identify where cards are getting stuck. We also provide the raw cycle time (or lead time) numbers for your whole process as well as individual lists.
Release burnup chart
When will you complete your current release? What about the next one? Corrello gives you forecasts based on work outstanding and completed. We also highlight where future releases need estimating (for teams estimating their cards).

Some of our happy customers
Here at Spotify, I have been using Corrello to gather insights on the workflow of the network operations team for the last couple of months. The team uses Trello to track their work, and though it is easy to use and is a powerful tool, we lacked a way to gather insights from our workflow. Corrello filled this need nicely.

Corello and Trello together are the best lightweight software project management tool I’ve used! Trello is a great visual post-it board, better than any agile-style project management tool I’ve used. It only solved half the problem though, because it was really hard to visualize and explain what was going on in a software development project. Then we found Corello, and everything changed!
